I hope it turns out great.  Unfortunately I won't get to hear your smack talk or eat your meat as I am not going to Elk..  :smt010  Too much travel for too much vomit for me.  One day I will get over my seasickness.

i provided a bunch of brined and smoked rockfish fillets at the op tourney.  they were devoured. however i may have smoked them too long [8 hrs]  the smaller fillets desicated into small pieces of fish jerky.
