2005 Big Fish Pool is Open!!!

Yes Paul we are scared!!!  

We wanted to make it NorCal so we just used the DFG definition of NorCal. If you want to complain to someone complain to the DFG.  

The regs are different south of pt lopez, as far as depth restrictions go, so that may put that area at a slight advantage with regard to larger rockfish.

That.......or..........we figured socal would show up, see surf bigger than 6" and opt to build sand castles instead of fishing.
