If the bait fish are flourishing then presumably the halibut fishing should get better too... Awesome....southbay needs some love...

Great article, good to see they are making a comeback. Years ago we used to catch dozens per night off the old San Mateo bridge pier. Ahhh the memories.....

Nice write up Jim!   I appreciate the fact that managing our fisheries is paramount and restoring habitat is key.  Thanks for the effort!  It is nice to have you among us.
