Wow, lots of good solid info, not just advice, 

I wear a 5mil FJ, 5mil boots, and just recently added a 3mil jacket, when yaking on ocean or bay.  PFD is automatic. 

I hope everyone watches this one.

As for the students,,,,,,,more balls than I have.

keep in mind SWS had water temps of 47 on 5/27, we are at the bottom of the temp scale.

Ithought it would be colder, someone said high forties, but when i got out there it actually felt pretty nice.

my unit was telling me mid 50's pretty sure it was 55
