Can anyone ID these fish? Hint(i caught them while trolling at the Quarry.)Top one was 14lbs the other was 4lbs. Smoked them whole. MEAT MELTS IN MOUTH. soaked in soysauce,apple juice,brown sugar and tabasco for 2 days  Just a little pun.

Triploid hatchery freaks...I am sure they will taste just fine, but I have no interest in those weird looking GMO fish.

That recipe sounds delicious.  I'm definitely going to have to smoke more fish this year.

The question is how on earth did you fit a 5gallon bucket in your fridge???
