You can make hemp ales.  Just chuck some crushed hemp seed in the mash.  There are a couple of commercial examples available.  Unfortunately they don't have any special effect...  You could probably make a "special" beer by boiling the right part of the plant in the boil kettle, but I don't know what sort of effeciency you would get because of solubility issues.  It would be EXPENSIVE that is for sure....

At this stage I will have 2 pale ales and an oatmeal stout and an ESB for the tourney.

Next year I will have a mead and a barley wine, I'm making them this year, but they will need to age.

Final brew is complete.

It is an IPA, in fact it is an IIPA.

120ibu....should be hoptastic.

We will have a good bunch of beer for B@MII, let's hope the food will also be good.

Good news!

The brew is off the hook!

Oatmeal stout in bottles, awesome!
Keg of ESB, my best beer that I've brewed so far!!
Keg of IIPA, Hope you like hops!!!

These beers plus the keg of great white that Scwafish is due to bring and we will have no beer problems!

I am working on a modified pulled pork recipe too.

Can't wait to feast!!

Yoch!  8 bucks for 10oz.

Well it is at least a source!  Thanks.

I'll pencil it into the rotation.

Good news!

My ESB (which I am bringing almost a full 5 gallon keg of) took first runner up at the Santa Cruz County Fair.

Missed best in show by a 3-2 vote.

I think you'll enjoy it.
