1.5 cups Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Clove of Garlic (Diced and Minced)
1 Lingcod (Fillet)
1 Stalk of Green Onions (Diced and Minced)
1 tbs sugar
1 bushel of Thai Basil (Diced and Minced)
1 packet of salty shrimp flour (See attached photo)
1red chili diced (optional)

I'm taking out some ling fillets out of the freezer now and will try this one in the next day or 2! Looks awesome and the Vietnamese fish spring rolls sounds bad ass! I would love to join you guys on that trip hahaha
