HaHa, I still have two Vitogs purchased in 1978. They are great for the Russian River and ponds....no more ocean voyages. Many years of ab diving and spear fishing!
Those things taught us self rescue as you were off and on them all day!

I’m so excited….it’s been since C’vid at the “Cove”! Always a great time on the water! Jack’s legendary grill/fire pit is amazing! Korean short ribs, asparagus, corn on the cob, etc. A full kayak of firewood too.

Very interesting thread. I'm happy no one was injured in the incident. You couldn't pay me enough to be Law Enforcement officer in this climate.

I have a can of "wasp spray" in my nightstand along side the bed ... to be used as a first line of defense. I would consider keeping one in the door pocket of my vehicle but I might be too tempted to use it on aggressive drivers.
