Holly Baumbach

Tournament fees: $42
Fee breakdown-
$30 tournament fee
$5 aoty payout
$7 tourney x and paypal fees

Keep an eye out for rule changes in the up coming weeks

Payout structure will be posted

Kbf events go towards our Aoty points for 2018 get those kbf memberships now!!!

Kbf national championship slots will be awarded to kbf members only and there is no roll down for 2018. You do bot need a kbf membership to fish any events but you will not receive Kbf nc slots or Kbf aoty points for 2018 this has nothing to do with Yab Aoty points

We are still waiting on permits, but the plan is larger events larger payout and an even bigger year end party. This year we gave out 6-8k in prizes at the end of the year and donated. $3000 to hero's on the water norcal. Were not just fish heads we do like to have fun and relax but with a little more of a structured series. Come give us a chance you won't be disappointed. Were 4 years in now running, tournaments and 2018 looks to be another huge year for Yak-A-Bass

Kbf is Kayak bass fishing who run the national kayak bass fishing tournaments. We are the hosting club and run the events here in northern California. There national championship on Kentucky lake in march is paying out at least $100,000 to first place. There events pay a min of $1000 to first place at the trail events and $5000 at open events and $10,000 to first for opens that have 100 people or more

In the past they required a membership to play at there events in 2018 they are not requiring a membership but,you will not gain kbf aoty points or the ability to earn the right to fish the national championship which is moving locations, for 2019. They host monthly online events, special events and this year in northern California were hosting 3 events for them, 2 of which are trail events and 1 a 2 day open much like the Shasta bass classic but with 100 anglers the payout will be a min of $10k to first place. Lots of events happening in 2018 for the bass guys here in norcal and surrounding areas including 2 other clubs that have recently formed to give anglers even more locations to fish from Fresno area and the motherlode lakes. Its going to be a fun year

Your posted tournament fees reference KBF only? Clarification would be nice. Posting each tournament in separate posts would be even more helpful, for me anyway in how to show in the overall tournament list.

They are both ran by yab. The top events are yab and then I separated the kbf events.

The fees posted are for yab. kbf is a whole seperate thing. Trail events are $75 and I think the open is $100 this will be the first open on the west coast and we don't deal with the money side, for kbf we just run the event

I take it that their will be more details for the clear lake event wen it gets closer, that sounds like it will be a killer event.

these guys are a bit more active on social media than here.

YAB on FB
https://www.facebook.com/groups/800604446656022/

Also, if you're interested in signing up for the first tourney this weekend, you have to go through tourneyX.
https://tourneyx.com/app/tourney/2018-kbf-trail-camanche-ca

You don't need to be a KBF member to fish the event, but it would behoove you to if you are interested in being part of the KBF NC.  The whole tournament series and the different clubs and all that can be a bit confusing, so probably best to post up on FB and ask questions there.
