Mick loves boats and water sleeps under my boat at home.

Heres Bugsy on a three day camping/exploring trip on the Colorado River.  He is absolutely fearless of any man/beast/etc/etc.  Hell take on anything from a gopher to a full grown Rottie.  Fortunately for him I am there to
help him exercise a little "restraint."

He rides up front or in your lap?

Thanks guys.  He is a lot of fun.  W/his aggressive nature, especially toward larger dogs, kinda surprised hes made it this long.  I try to get him to sit in my lap, but he is pretty active, as such is a "dynamic" load- all over the place!
Not long after this shot we went by some swimming ducks, he was in the water, head first on his way to attack em!
Reeled him in real quick.  Why?  Well when the outfitter launched us on our trip he said, and I thought jokingly, watch your little dog in the water, we have some big striper in these waters.  Wasnt sure if he was joking, but when we finished and landed at the marina beach, I was was hungry for "real food" after days of eating that freeze dried "stuff."
Went into the marina store there only to see some massive striper mounts of fish caught in the area, huge fish, 40-50
lbs at least.  Do you think a big striper could/would take a 7 lb dog? Or was the guy just messing w/me?

My pal Jake is 5 years old and is my best friend.  He recently accompanied me to Mendocino where we camped and kayaked at Russian Gulch SP, one of my favorite spots.  He even has his own SOT, although I have to do all of the paddling!
