:smt006

:smt007 The 2019 Ocean Kayak Trident 11, 13, and 15 are being released in 3 new colors. Attached are photos of the 2019 T11 in Sunrise, the T13 in Sea Glass, and the T15 in Ahi. They are bright and vibrant, and I want one in every color.  :smt007

The only change they made to the Tridents from last year is upgrading the foot braces. Now they cannot slip out like they were able to before. They are a little bigger as well. I'm super stoked! You can buy directly from Ocean Kayak or talk to one of your local dealers about pre-ordering.  :smt003

Which color would you choose?!

The Prowler 13 and Prowler Big Game II will also come in these color options (Ahi, Sea Glass, Sunrise). I highly recommend the Prowler 13 angler if you're looking for a lighter option for the salt. The Caper angler and Malibu 2 XL Angler will now come in camo and orange camo! Check out all the fishing kayaks here!

I like them all,  but I'm biased.  I recently purchased a T13 (2012-mango-ish)  w/rudder, seat and paddle for $500.  I love this yak.  Compared to my skin boat,  it's comfortable, retains momentum and is steady as a rock.  I'll be gearing-up the T13 in the next few weeks.  I'm planning on a similar set-up.  A small tackle box and a 3-tube rod holder.  I'm reserving the space in the tank well for my yuge trophy catch.  :)

I'm liking the looks of the T13. I'm more of a bright color-type ...a 2019 T13 in sunrise might just be my new yak :smt007

The Plano box with the extra rodholders is great! You should do it. I'm glad you are happy with your T13. Love mine too. Just a great paddling kayak for all bodies of water. Haha definitely keep that rear tank well open for those monsters!

Part of me wishes I went with the sunrise or ahi because they pop so much more against the water. I do love the sea glass though- the colors are calming and peaceful. I'm excited they are changing it up from the orange/urban/brown camo options.

The T13 in sunrise will be a beauty!!!

The only change they made to the Tridents from last year is upgrading the foot braces. Now they cannot slip out like they were able to before.

That is a great change! My only annoyance about my current T13

They look good, I'm partial to the sea glass myself.

I miss my OK ..if they were just lighter I`d be all over T-15 in Ahi like a dog on meat truck  ..then again I have been doing more back strengthening at PT ..Hmmmmm

I agree.. the trend for heavier kayaks seems to continue... If I can manage the t15 you'll be fine (do it!!).. I think my next kayak will be the prowler 13 angler... not as many bells and whistles but I can't resist it at 56 lbs (compared to 79 lb t13)!!
