Looking at trying something new.  Thinking of trying the Napa River since I've never been.  Any suggestions on where to launch?  Cuttings? Brazos? Downtown?

Looking to fish the morning outgo and incoming... 7-11am-ish..
Company welcome!

I was thinking of hitting the river this week too. I was going to launch at Kennedy park and fish the highway 29 overpass to downtown. Trolling and casting the whole way. I've heard it's better farther south but it's a long distance to the honey holes on the yak. That and I need a flag for the sloughs. The boaters rip through there.

We had a little MBF event out of Cuttings Wharf Sunday.  Fished to Horseshoe Bend and back.  Out of about 10 of us we caught around 6 fish.  A lot slower than it has been for some reason.  My two were 21.5” and 24.5”.

Biggest of the day was 27”
