7mm wetsuit top over 3mm Farmer John?

I was talkin to Lingcod Lonny at Elk and he was telling me I could get a 7mm wetsuit top to wear over my 3mm Farmer John for diving.  Where can I find a top like this?  I was looking on the net and I couldn't find anything.  Links would be appreciated.  Also what kind of fins do you guys like to wear?  Will I need to get some neoprene socks or will my 3mm booties work with the fins?

 Right on!  I have a set of 3mm booties and a set of 5mm booties.
