Thanks all I had a great time, being a noob to the ocean I was a bit apprehensive about the launch, landing and the hill. The launch was no problem and it was nice that Papa Sean was giving us advice broadcast over the VHF as we went out, right when I got north of the rock coming out he came on and said that it was a little rough there, I thought cool it will calm down when I get out a little more nope it just got bigger. I thought these guys are truly crazy but after I settled in and started fishing it was great I can't wait to get out again. I fished big mackerel and just C&R a couple of small blues and gophers and had 1 good pulldown. The coast line at Elk is spectacular can't wait to go again when its a little calmer. The landing went smooth and the hill wasn't as bad as it sounded. Thanks to the White Clan, Bill for bringing us all together it was great seeing all of you oh and Mooch for the phone call. The food was OFF THE HOOK. can't wait for Mendo.

I keep reading about the food.  Can someone please post more pictures of the potluck or the food.  Detail descriptions would be great as well for those of us that missed it.

Sorry didn't know where to post this.

Somebody took a picture of me and my stringer.  Whoever it was, can you PM me?  I was holding up a stringer with four 4lb vermillion, some gophers, and no lings, if that helps refresh your recollection.  The pic was taken by the cleaning station before I skinned and gutted my fish.

Thanks
