around 1:30 this time. Happens every day. Had to wait 30 to 45 seconds to change page
Same here... I've just been avoiding the times it's slow to get around it.

Every day around 1:30pm, it slows down for about 20 minutes. I first noticed this back in August:

Google Analytics tells me the average page load time is 6.71 seconds.  I actually find that weird as I don't think it take much more than 3-4 seconds for me where ever I am and whenever I access the site.  It peaked at around 10AM today going up to 12 seconds.  The 1 o'oclock hour was around 5 seconds, faster than average!

I see my post was at 2:00 pm and I had the problem a while. I guess that fits in with that noon to 2:00 problem time. I haven't had a problem since then that I've noticed, but I may not have been on the site at that time since then.

Here is what I see for the performance from yesterday.  The first picture is a graph of average pageload time throughout the day.  The second picture is a sampling of pageload times to get a better idea of distribution.

Unless I can see it, it's hard for me to debug it.  So I'd appreciate any other hints, tips, tricks, and/or observations you guys might have.  Thanks.

I had the problem using AT&T Internet at home on an iPad using safari.

How long did the problem last for?
Did you try a speed test at the time?
Was your slow down only for NCKA or in general?

One more thing ... if you guys are so inclined.  When you hit this problem, can you do a "ping 68.171.217.195" and let me know the results.  Windows user do it from a Command Prompt window.  Mac users from a Terminal window.  Thanks.

It's always only NCKA that goes into slo-mo. Will ping next time it happens.

Not as laggy at approx 1:25 as previously. Again, no speed issues elsewhere online.
