turns out its my grandparents 65th wedding anniversary....beautiful thing and I can't miss that.....shucks!

I was stoked to go, but my wife is doing open water scuba cert that weekend in monterey.  Guess I'll be diving with my mother-in-law's boyfriend (Alan) wherever the cert is, while she watches the little one.  If it's outside the reserve I'll bring my speargun, Alan seems keen on hunting (outside the red triangle) but I've still got to lean on him a bit to freedive for abalone, ect.

Tried my damndest to get Friday off so I can make the Elk Tourney. Sucks being 'indispensible'. I couldn't swing it. BUT dont count me out yet.  I may pull in around 1am catch a few zzz's, then win me a new kayak..LOL

Is it possible to sign up Sat. morning? For the Elk tourney

I was thinking we could still sign up Satuurday morning. If there are no sign-ups on Saturday PLEASE let me know. I would hate to go all that way and not be able to enter. Still working on the boss to get off early Friday. Won't know until this evening.
