A few years ago I purchased a Astek MOLE IP camera, (Pan tilt, IR, Voice) and used my old email that was hacked so I no longer have access to that particular email.  I really like the features of this camera, but when I tried to activate it again with a different email username, I was not able to complete  Yoics (Not misspelled)online registration.  Called the Astek company support line number and was floored at the response I got from him, basically, ZERO phone support for the camera (That's Still being sold!) and was told they do all support through email. WTF?
My question, any one use this or similar IP camera and what program are you using to operate it?
My particular Astek MOLE IP uses Yoics . com  for internet connectivity but I cannot complete the Yoics registration.
The IP camera worked flawlessly when I set it up the first time after I got it, was able to look at it on my, PC and phone, that's why I'm a little dumbfounded that I cannot set it up again under different user.

Did you go through the email route. My email address was used by a foreigner on Instagram which does not make a phone number available. I only recovered use of my email once Instagram received a reply from me via the email. Anyway, email the company to see if they will reset your account for use with the new email.

Tried. Won't do it. Their pretty useless at this point, why I'm looking at alternative programs.

After a few more emails back & forth, I got them to simply reset my old user account password and after I tried logging in that info. I was finally able to access my old account and with my IP camera (a MOLE IP) I was able to access the camera (wired) I'm sure the wireless will work, just didn't get a chance to test this morning. :smt003
I thought my $200 wireless cam was a gonner!  GD Hackers anyway!
