Too tired to post anything, I had to spray my car with Fabreeze, with (2) kayak dudes and a spear fisherman, we all stunk.... Mostly me. That was a ROAD TRIP!!!!.You guys should have "wetted" each other with the stuff before entering the vehicle. :smt003
If I book it again, and I plan on it, I would like to be out there for a day or two longer to increase the odds of being there at the right time, and to improve the driving to fishing time ratio. Like to get feedback on that idea.
I too spoke with Shane about a longer trip.Count me in.
Looks awesome guys too cool its like an Ocean Wilderness. Where there many boats fishing around you?QuoteI too spoke with Shane about a longer trip.Count me in.

Gotta say I feel pretty fortunate to know a group of folks who honor the memory of their friend in such a way. Top notch.
BTW-Huge thanks go out top Brent at OEX for rolling out the red carpet and letting NCKA turn his parking lot into a campground. Brent is a super good dude!Ditto!!! We were very lucky to have OEX kayak shop right next to the Dolphin Motel where most of our guys were staying. Frank simply parked his Winnebago and kayak trailer in the shop parking lot and hooked up the water and electricity. It became our home base Friday and Saturday night.

Who's trailer is that with the 2 Malibu's?
This trip also caused Andy (Kickin Bass) to upgrade his internet service from dial-up to cable. He couldn't stand waiting for the photo's to load. Welcome to the 80's Andy!
CHEERS!
Its Mine, unless you are the mean lady, parking lot attendant at sportsmans landing. Then I don't know who it belongs too.
We (Dad and I) built it from the ground up. The uprights are removeable in the event that you need to do a dump run, or haul an ATV. I have 2 cross bars, 1.5 OD , and on top I built brackets kinda like you would see on a boat. I have 2 carpeted 2X4 's for each yak, and they extend under most of the yak. It holds 2 right now, and all the gear goes underneath. This winter, I'm gonna build the second tier for additional yaks. Let me know if you want some pics.
