I was hoping for a inspirational big fish story and that big lunker dying was a kick in the nuts. How long must he have been out of the water to kill a beast like that? A little trout hook couldn't have done much damage to him.   :smt009

16# LM would be a dream fish for me.

Lots of big bass caught already this year, definitely a beautiful fish. Definitely a bad tasting fish as well LOL

I don't like it either but it's legal & at least we know that big momma got plenty of chances to spawn before her life was done.
16# would be a dream but I would be happy for a very very long time to just hit one double digit bass someday.
