You saw it here 1st.  BTW Ryan.....I saw you heading down the parking lot I thought you were just going to get food.  couldn't find you the rest of the day.  I still have your tshirt saved from last year or two years ago, wanted to give it to ya at the derby.  You are always welcome to join me surfcasting I go all the time.  But if Alex Bulldoggie has convinced everyone he's more productive than me (and Alien) then so be it.  I'd love to fish with you soon anyway.

Nice. Good Fun Day. ..Keepin' It Reel..

So I'm pretty stuck on what works best for the transducer on my yak. Ive seen multiple ideas but not sure what to go with first. Any recommendations will be appreciated.

Ended up flat in the end, fished an outgoing tide. Got a little rough with allot of grass but pushed through it.

Hit the surf this afternoon at my go to surf perch spot. Got my cousin on some perch and a 12" slab for myself. Hopefully I can get him out on a yak soon and be part of the NCKA Fam.

Rockaway Beach and Linda Mar in Pacifica. You have to pay for parking in Linda Mar. i think its 4 hours max. But thats plenty time for perchin and throwing lures. If I get no action in 2 hours on the surf..time to hit another spot!

Hell yeah! Nice man! I use to do a lot of surf fishing and love perch. It's some good eating. I just want to try some where new. Definitely looking forward to fishing this weekend. I'm going to map everything out and make a trip out of it this weekend. Thanks man. Appreciate the help!

Ocean Beach is more of a walk from the available parking areas. For convenience, Rockaway Beach in Pacifica! But yea, Ocean Beach, lots and lots fishing ground.

Thank you. I hear a lot of good fishing in Pacifica. I'm going to make sure to add this on my list of go to areas. Thanks again.

Ocean Beach is always a good show.  Also Sutro Baths.  If you wanted to cross the GG bridge, and see some trees, then check out Stinson or Muir Beach.  If you end up in Muir, stop by the Pelican Inn for a pint.

I'm liking the sound of this. I've seen ocean Beach is one popular place to fish but I like the sound of going over the GG. Hopefully it will be a little more mellow in that area. Thanks again for the advice .

What are you planning on fishing for? Perch? Stripers? Throwing lures? Or bait? I'd join you but taking my yak out Sat AM. Im fishing the surf Sunday, Monday.

Planning on heading out for some striper, and perch depending. Most likely cast out some bait or use throw out lures. Hoping the waters are calm enough for lures. Shoot I'd be joining you on the yak but I'm taking my yakless cousin out fishing.

I'm thinking of surf fishing some unfamiliar grounds this Saturday. Somewhere around SF area. Any suggestions of where and possibly some strategy to prepare? Any advice will help. Thanks.
