Hard to read. You'd expect something like this to happen in the ocean or open bay, but not in the lagoon. Obviously, that boater shouldn't have been drunk in the first place but people are stupid

Witnessed myself today at black point.. 3 guys in a 19' tracker... with the floor of the boat covered in glass bottles of beer.. took the, 3 tries to re dock it... Not Cool!!!cant trust ppl.

It's surprising to me that incidents like this don't happen more often, given the number of power boaters who act like morons.

That was my exact thought. I guess this can happen anywhere, but man, that lagoon? Come on.
