Ty for reply. Im going on a cruise for our anniversay. Im thinking to unwind if the ship is on dock(imma miss the salmon bites here [emoji24]). My trip is Eastern Caribbean. Still not sure where i can fish on shore or dock, but will try. I just want to know if others hav tried shore/dock fishing. Not planning to fish at florida, not enuf time. im bringing a gx2 travel rod MH 6’6 4pcs, so at least i can still hav one in my luggage.

Planning to go Caribbean next week. Does anybody tried to go there and need fishing license if u only plan to fish on the shore or dock? Any reponse would much appreciated. Ty

Camped at Ocean Cove with friends and family 7/27-29. Less wind and less swell than reported. We launched by 7am. Ding a Ling limit of lings and a cabe, i limit on rockcods, and litonglito caught good size rockcods. Had a good fight with some big fish(probably ling or cabe) u till lne snapped couple of times. Still good. Back by 1-2pm. Had a blast.

Yeah, I actually checked out that article while I was on the water trying to get it to work yesterday. IÂ’ve done everything it recommends except the software update. IÂ’ll try that, and if it doesnÂ’t work IÂ’ll send it in for repair/replace.

If update doesnt work, email them and they will giv u a work order that u will use when sending for repair/replace

Google “lowrance gps not locking.” Follow the recommendation fix. If all fails, contact liwrance and they will either fix the problem or change the unit. Same problem with mine and all good now
