My most recent post on my Jackson Kayak blog covers the first three months of 2017 here in Monterey County.

Topics covered include my first fish since tearing my quadriceps tendon, my experience with having one of my Instagram vids "go viral" (over 4.5 million views, shared in Chinese, Thai, Slovak, Spanish, French and English websites), and my new personal best Vermilion Rockfish.

You know rock fish is closed tell April 1st for boat based anglers aka kayaks I'm going to Monterey April 5th for the rock cod opener

My apologies I didn't know you spear fish. Bank and freediving is legal to get rock cod agin my apologies
