I wholeheartedly disagree with this.......each man/woman is capable of deciding whether or not they need a helmet.

As a libertarian I agree that each person should make their own choice.  That being said after seeing what a simple no speed topple over can do to a human skull ( not to mention a f'ed up life) I would never recommend riding without one.
