OK I agree with some others that its not going to open anytime soon and I am dead set agent a "restricted number of cards being sold"
Funk that, I think that stinks you know who will get these "Sea Ranch owners". No open it for 3 abs a yr for everyone or keep it closed. Wait till it come back healthy.

Looks like they are doing a survey.  Maybe gauging how much this will affect the local economy. 

Not sure this will change anything but definitely interested to see how the info is spun.

looks like abalone season will be re-open 2019. 3 per day 12 for year?
