Speedy, I read the same paragraph and understood the same as you.  As it was pertaining someone under the age of 16.

Anyhow, it didnt take much effort, only costed me $27 and about 2 hours of my time.  Test was easy and got an immediate PDF temp card until the hard copy arrives.

Wow... most of us dream of catching ONE 40-incher but you nabbed TWO in one outing!

Congrats.

From shore?
Greatly depends on what you’re trying to catch.

Good for you.
Sometimes I think some of us forget what it was like to be fathers of young children and wanted them to explore the world, rather than worry and shield them from every danger.

You know your child better than any of us here.  Manage the risks and prepare of ever hanging conditions, you and child should be fine.

If you need partners in crime, then I’ll join you with my 6 and 2yr olds.

Luckily this doesn’t affect shore based or spearfishermen.   I may be trading in my fishing gear for a speargun soon.

Hookups and Fishing Reports (Viewable by Public) / Re: bar venture tbay

Thanks for the report Charles.  I always wanted to try that route from Lawsons to the outside bar.  But I don't have enough cahones yet to try it.  I hear the stories of the bar and it scares me off.  Maybe one day.

Dang... looks like fun.  Would love to join you next time.  I'll pull my kid out of summer camp and bring him along for the day.

I’m going to be in the Santa Rosa/Cotati area next Tuesday 9/8.  I can bring it back to be in El Cerrito/Richmond.

Craftsmen's Corner / Re: Filling in bolt holes?

Any correct sized bolt with a dap of silicone will work.  Stainless bolt if you don’t want it to rust over time.
