Craftsmen's Corner / Woodworking types
« on: January 10, 2024, 01:01:06 PM »
Look at the OG 1000 post section if you’re in the market for a good dust collector. My workspace is too crowded so I need to simplify and may eventually get rid of some other machines in favor of hand tools

Will float it there a while to give OGs first shot then put it on regular classifieds

For Sale / Dupray Hill Injection Steam Cleaner $1k obo
« on: August 24, 2023, 01:29:53 PM »
This:

https://dupray.com/products/hill-injection-steam-cleaner

I bought it a few years ago and used it to detail a car I sold, cleaned up a couple of old bicycles, cleaned up tile grout and that’s about it

It’s a cut above the household version and could be a tool for business like car detailing or ?

Main advantages of this one are 345 degree temp and you can fill it on the fly without turning it off and waiting for it to cool down. Also has a tank for detergent which I’ve never used

It’s in near new shape, I’m in OG mode and unloading a lot of things. Kayaks may be next

PM if interested

We’re heading south to San Diego and taking our time going the coast route to hit a few surf spots along the way

General Talk / Rats…
« on: March 31, 2023, 01:01:43 PM »
…ate through (so far) about $4k worth of wiring harness on my wife’s car, I had to talk the insurance co out of totaling the car. There is likely more damage that just hasn’t been discovered. Now the little mf’s are living under the hood of my car too

I’ve set out the old fashioned victor traps which they somehow trigger without getting caught

Today I’m putting out poison and more traps but wondering if anyone has successfully done war with them and any pointers

Should be a rent-a-tomcat service

General Talk / Fiberglass repair
« on: March 30, 2023, 10:48:37 AM »
Anybody know a good fiberglass repair person? I have two yaks that need some attention

CCK sends people to Svenson’s in Richmond and none of the surfboard repair guys want to deal with a big yak

I should probably do this myself but plate is pretty full these days

For Sale / Salmon size Igloo coolers best offer
« on: October 23, 2022, 11:27:48 AM »
Can’t see capacities on either of them but one is big and the other is bigger

I upgraded all the hardware on both, handles hinges latches everything

Since I haven’t been fishing they’re mainly used as loaners to friends

Only blemishes inside because I stored garden tools in them and so some rust stains on the bottom inside otherwise fine

PM if youre interested

For Sale / SOLD 2004 Toyota Corolla low miles and well maintained
« on: September 04, 2022, 07:09:21 PM »
I think it’s a two owner car, my best friend being the second one. 91,852 miles very gentle use and really well maintained

I researched a little and that year is going between $3600 with twice the mileage up to $7000 with low mileage like this one.Tires look new and has a new battery.

I’ll give it a wash and look it over to get a better idea what’s there but looks pretty new under the dust

I’m posting here to see if there’s any interest then will migrate everything I’ve posted so far to craigs list which I’ve been avoiding like the plague

PM me if interested
