Im with you on the parents.....begs the concept of logic. Gotta have a license to catch a fish, but anyone can whip up baby batter, then we have to accept their lack of parenting in the name of tolerance. What ever happened to accountability?

Maybe the girls dad was a Navy Seal who did a shallow dive and dragged him under.

Wow... I am not saying I support the idea of dragging people under water...
but being a father of 3 girls, I can understand if that's what really took place.  ;)
