Like the others, I am brand new to this life style and this site..

Last year I purchased a Sea Eagle 420 Explorer which is inflatable and fits into one of my bays in my motorhome and it has traveled to Idaho, Washington, Oregon.  Well it is time to get it wet a little more and get back into fishing here in California.  Any suggestions on places to go, camp sites, tips would be appreciated..  My first name is Paul and my wife and I (Liz) live in Modesto, California..

When I camp and fish with family we love to go to New Melones or Lake McClure, which are within an hour of Modesto.  Welcome to the Madness!

Welcome Paul to the madness!!! Modesto isn't to far from Fresno,  so hit up "Yakhopper"; he knows that area really well....

Most of the major Kayaking events usually has a few who camp; I know shelter cove has a couple of people that do, as well as albion.....   but any event (and even some hookups) has some form of camping that should work for you.....
