The Pinnacle Elite.      (info per web site).

15 ft. 9 in.
26 3/4 in.
weight 57-61 lbs.
Capacity 265 lbs.

Don't know how good they would be for NorCal waters, but that is one sharp looking machine!  :smt007   :smt008   :smt007

Couldn't figure out if it's South Africa, NZ or Australian made (I believe SA). Web site says they're looking for USA dealers.

Looks a lot like a stealth kayak, both are from south africa (za). Im pretty sure you can check oit stealths at headwaters kayak shop in the spring, but i am sure they can give you more info.

The deck layout looks better on this one then on the stealth pro fisha.  I'd love to see them side by side, I can only tell so much from teh videos.

The only difference I see between the elite and pro fisha deck layout is 2 small rectangle rear hatches instead of one round hatch. The original looks more like the supalites being shorter with more rocker.

I could very well be wrong, but I think Stealth and Pinnacle are different companies. The hull photos (sideways and especially bow) look different to me on the boats. This page has a price of $2400 on up for the Elite. In any event, nice looking boat.
