Hello my fellow friends,

My name is Tom and i live in the city of Santa Clara.
I have been SCUBA certified but exclusively only freediving since last 7 years.
Mostly I go to SWS for spearfishing or somona/mondo for abalone diving.

Last night, My car got break in.
My diving gears were stolen with few other personal belongings.

The followings are a few items can be easily identifiable.
Yazbeck wetsuit, 54
cressi comanche speargun 60,
carbon kayak paddle white/black color
dive watch
floatline blue color 50ft

Please look out for my stolen items for me.
I know it is long shot to retreive them but i have some sentimental value to it.

On side note, the thief does not know the value of spearfishing gears. because my couple of carbon freediving fins were not taken.
thanks

Sorry to hear of your loss.  Where was your vehicle located when it was broken into?  There are a lot of guys on this site from up and down the state from northern California to Southern California that free dive, (Not me) and I'm sure they'll help keep watch for your items.

That really sucks Tom.

 :smt009

If I see any of these items for sale I will for sure let you know.

Also, if you need to borrow any gear until you get back on your feet, just let me know too...I am in Watsonville and dive down around SWS pretty frequently.

Sincerely,

Jim

Welcome aboard Tom.  Sorry to hear about your loss.  We'll keep an eye on Craigslist for these items listed above.  Are there any unique marks i.e. name or id # on them?

Maybe call some local pawn shops with a heads up of stolen diving equipment?  Get a police report!

My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it
