Can someone point me to some heavy duty swivels suitable for a 4lb downrigger ball? Thanks!

is my recommendation. snap in the terminators carefully and re-do them at least once a year.

if you're using braid then any 150lb test swivel should be able to handle it. i use coastlocks.

Over the many years selling the above "Cannon Terminator Kit" we received many complaints of them coming weak or undone.
The swivel is very capable and available for a lot less, but the attachment will become ineffective in a short time.
Order the swivel from Roscoe (Sampo) and double crimp on wire or Palomar on braid will give you years of dependable service.
