Thule under bar metal bracket

Looking to get out for the first time this season but my Thule kayak rack rusted and now isn't secure to the cross bar. Does anyone know where I can get replacement Thule metal brackets in the Bay Area. Preferably near Fremont. This is what the part looks like.
