So I can see videos in chrome on the iPad. On the iPhone I can see them in safari

On older apple devices you have to go into settings/apps and update those apps separately. It will tell if there's an update available.

The iPad is about a year old

I may just switch to chrome which seems faster anyway

Anybody else having the problem?

I have same issue on my Samsung galaxy Chrome browser. Though, it only happens for some videos, not all.

Maybe worth a try to clear the history and cookies.

Also try closing out all the open apps by swiping your finger from bottom edge of screen to about the middle.....then swipe up on ever app to close.

I have to use Chrome to see videos.  The forum will not work on any of my apple products (newer devices and older) unless using Chrome.  I tried every update, setting change, reset and finally gave up.  I don’t bother with it anymore unless there is a video i really really want to see, but usually just skip it.
