Lazy smoke

I still have a few chunks of Salmon in the fridge but they were getting freezer burn. So I smoked one. Came out super delicious.
Add a dash of each of the below plus two teaspoons of brown sugar. No salt. 10 min mid rack 375, 3 min top rack 450.
