RPT Clear Lake at night 6/26

Sam and I hit clear lake last night. Water was warm, clear, and weedy. The weeds were so thick it made getting around with the hobies a bit difficult. Oh and the bugs. So many bugs. So so so many bugs. Just gross and annoying bugs.

I got a couple frog fish, but the bite wasn’t that good. Got a few bass on paddle tailed swimbaits, and a few on a Chatterbait. Threw a bunch of other stuff that didn’t get bit. Switched to crappies and caught a whole bunch of them on a 1/8 oz grub.
