ARW overhaul 01 - 22 - 20 update

No work started yet other than markings. Looks like the islands for the east end of the parking lot will be worked on. From the looks of the paint markings the 2 handicap spots will be offlimits also, and the portapotties also, the line continues straight across from there to the fence.

What are they planning ?   

Two docks - one motorized and one nonmotor, kayak pad (?), new restrooms and a outside (?) shower and maybe redo the ramp (?). It looks like the nonmotor may be between the motor and the rocks. This is just a guess looking at the measurement point with its distance marks.

Not that I have heard considering that ARW is an (Alameda Park). No other parks have that.

Worked for me. Drawings start page 130 of 400 plus pages. Looks like kayak ramp will be on left side of ramp looking down the ramp. Outside shower on backside of 3 stalled bathroom

Probably same time and place I'm at now, but at a different location.

They’re starting to close the ramp this morning. As those guys said, the construction will be done by January, hopefully. They might let the kayakers use the right side area to launch kayak which is probably muddy when it’s low tide. All shakers this morning and lots of seaweeds. That’s all for now Folks
