Hello everybody! my time pounding the east bay shores is coming to an end... for years I have watched and reserched and I keep coming back to kayaks, so here I am. I reallu want to say thanks to all the contributers here, there is a wealth of info here, one question I have is why do I never see anyone in the waters around alameda? I mean its super rare, and we all know there is fish there...

Welcome to the madness  :smt006. We used to have annual Halibut derby there but since our great host.moved to paradise (Shelter Cove) we don’t have anyone taking over to organize this annual event!
