I would like to say thanks to everyone that come out to participate and also everyone that was there to help out. This was the biggest event the "new" management has had and it could not have been a smoother process. We had plenty of volunteers in every area we needed them. I will post some pics later.
First off, food prep and on site cooking. Kayak Jack is awesome. He showed up, unloaded the kitchen from his truck and out of the trailer and got to it. John, AFCM jumped right in to help. Breakfast tacos from the taco shack were awesome as always. Jack had some more help too, but I was busy elsewhere and did not see who was helping. Sorry, but thanks.
Next we had rod rigging. The Yak A Bass guys showed up and got to it. Mike, wingshooter was right in the middle of it along with James (Gecko), Will , James (Rider), and a few more. That was a super smooth operation. 35 rods or so set up quickly.
Then the Weimarian crew showed up, we heard him come in the gate 1/4 mile away.  :smt005 Ron, Carrie, Emily, and Kelsie. They were the welcoming committee for all that arrived. Handled all paperwork, check ins, directions and more. Then my wife Berta showed up and helped Carrie out, she also sold some raffle tickets and shirts along the way. Berta conversed with just about everyone that came to the event and made them feel welcome.
After breakfast everyone started hitting the lake looking for that elusive lunker. Well, that was not to happen, but a couple fish were caught. As I was on the back side of the lake I heard "lunch time". Everyone that has had Jacks cooking knows what that means. Get to the mess hall and eat. More tacos, this time chicken and beef. As always, AWESOME.
Emily was a champ with all the kids that showed up. Helped them get to the bluegill. Not sure if any were even caught, but the kids had a great time.
Then it was time to clean up and pack up. Man what a chore, but worth it in the long run. It was so nice loading up the trailer with all of our gear. The kayaks are packed like sardines, 14 in the HOW trailer.

Anyway, the list of volunteers to follow. Thanks for all the help. Without you this would not be possible. I hope I got you all here. If I missed you I am sorry.

>_< skunkfest!

At least you were not the only one, almost everyone. Don't feel bad, that place was tough.
