I have ordered from them before and have been pleased with the products and timeliness of delivery.
(They sell a good bilge pump and kayak tackle crate.)

Hook1 rocks...period.

About 1 year ago, I ordered 2 Scotty flush mounts from Hook 1.  The mounts were supposed to be sealed, but they were not.  I procrastinated and never contacted Hook 1 for an exchange.  Well, I just got a new kayak and wanted to put some mounts on it.  I contacted Karen at Hook 1 and explained the situation.  She said no problem.  I was able to exchange the mounts I ordered 1 year ago to exchange it for the ones I needed.

I also ordered some other flush mounts that I thought would work, but they didn't.  I contacted Karen again and she said no problem again.  She exchanged my items again.

Hook 1 is great!

Oh s#!t, Hook 1 is on vacation 5/3-5/15, that will teach me to procrastinate. Where is the nex't best place to get a Hawg trough and a fish gripper.

Yes and no, just ordered the Hawg trough ( on sale @ 12.99 ) , lip grippers are back ordered,

Ordered on Sunday night & the items were shipped out on Monday morning already.  Got here (Sacramento) by Wednesday with standard shipping.
On each steps got e-mail notification.
I really liked the idea of having choice to order the RAM items without the mounts (because I don't need them & less money).
I heart Hook 1!!!

Use can use the code "BLACKFRIDAY" the next 3 days for the 15% discount if order on line.  If you order by phone, tell them you're an NCKA member and I'm sure they'll honor the 15% discount like Allen said.
