CCK L2 safety course

This class was taught by the awesome Sean Morley. As a newb to the ocean this Class was so helpfull bewtween the paddle techniques and him teaching me the skills to feel comfortable on the ocean as well as helping recuse on any body of water I recommend it to any level of kayaker. You will pull something away from his class. This is video 1 of 3

It was so cool that Sean brought us to the beach by Mavericks to show us how launch/land and play in the surf.  That's the place I stay away from when out there fishing and it was great not having expensive fishing gear on board to practice.  I learned a lot from the class and I'm stoked knowing that I can help my fishing buddies and myself whenever that time comes.

I hope he brought you to bigger stuff, or plans to. There is a reason we call that the lagoon. Or maybe he told you to take the surf zone class. That's usually at surfers beach, south of the south jetty. Or maybe he was showing you a great place to practice. It's a wild and crazy place to play when Mavericks is going off.
