Hello everyone!

I'm a student at Cal who's recently gotten into fishing! I was itching to reach distant fishing spots and was tired of getting snagged on the HMB jetties, so I bought a kayak! I've been learning quite a bit (like not trying to get to shore during a negative tide and having to pull your kayak through 500 ft of mud) and I'm here to make new friends and contribute/learn more.

If you're near the Cal campus or a student, I'd love to meet up!

Welcome aboard!!!  From a guy who used to do it, there's nothing wrong with skipping a class or two to go fishing.  Gotta go...someone at the drive through window.  "Would you like fries with that burger, sir???"
