Freakin' slaya bro!  You might have to give up the serious bio-ME stuff and just be the world's most DopeAssSpearoFilmmaker!  All I can say is there's still more Nov left!  BTW next time I get a decent ling, you're getting the head!

Thanks all!  :smt006

Hopefully a monkeyface! Only ever seen one in my life so will be a good challenge to try and find one!

Already got one in the works with your name on it (just needs to be glued together)!

I like that pic of the ling biting the kelpy! The ling is claiming that fish haha
Haha yeah, I almost was able to grab the ling in the gills but he let go of the RF before I could. Should have gone up for my second gun...  :smt044

Dude I shot a RF and had him on my shooting line while I continued to hunt.
Dropped down and found some good structure in about 35 FOW with 10 vis so left my gun on the bottom to relocate the reef.
After my breath up I dropped down again and found a 30" ling that inhaled my RF. He pulled the once wrapped shooting line coils off my RA and was flossing with it.

I slowing picked up my still loaded gun off the bottom and had just enough shooting line to rotate for a point blank unicorn shot to his skull.

Game over  :smt044

Looks like a great time with some nice fish!

How did you process the ling jaws? Really cool presentation.

Thanks for the step by step. I need to try this on my next big ling.
