goldenarrow,

I am trying to keep it small so it is easier for me to manage. Next year I might expand it out depending on how it goes this year.

I'd be interested in joining the pool, except the only problem is the stipulation of having your catch verified by another yakker in the pool.
Besides myself, I don't know anyone in the SF area who kayak fishes on a regular basis to 'hook up' with and verify each others catches.
If this is for just for "bait money", than why not just use the honor system. Digital scales and photographs should suffice as evidence of the catch w/o an 'official' weigh in partner. This would open up the pool to those in remote areas who would like to participate but don't have the benefit of living close to other kayak fisherman, let alone those who joined the pool.

Elric you need a witness OR photographic proof, not both. Put the details with photos in the Tournament forum under the appropiate section.
