I still haven't seen anything more than a leopard shark so my shark shield must be working.

If you're seriously considering this product make sure to read the "Product Background"  sounds like it works well to keep sharks away from an area after it's deployed, (maybe, maybe not) but how (when) would you use it?  Even if it was 100% effective it's impractical, or prohibitively expensive to mount a tank of it on your yak and let a little dribble out where ever you go on a day of drifting and jigging on the big blue.

Not trying to be offensive just presenting IMO the practical side of the thing.

There have been several attacks on NCKA members over the years and I believe not one attack was preceded by a sighting (I could be wrong).  Whereas sightings are more common but have never been followed by an attack (within NCKA) again to my recollection.
