Thought I would share a couple of pictures for those that are stranded inside from all of your flooding.
-
Thanks, nice looking trout!
Doing your hair as you fish?
-
No, It's attached to the hook sharpener. I use it on my saltwater flies that are made from synthetic stuff. They become a wreck after a fish grabs them. It's amazing how a lingcod can turn a fly inside out.

-

I'm going to have to try that.

Nice trout! Does that fly have a name, or did you tie it.
Thanks
-
Yes I tied it, and it's called Cascade Ally's Shrimp on a size 12 double salmon hook.
-
Or as those of us who have a real keyboard like to call it, it's an Ally's Cascade Shrimp fly.
Sorry, surfer dude, I couldn't resist.
-
Never heard of using a brush before.
Did you use it on that fly or something larger like Clousers?
-
Anything over 4" and up usually.
-
always cool to see fly caught trout surfer :smt001
