Hi guys,

Some of you are aware of the Watermen’s Alliance Urchin Removal Event that just took place at Ocean Cove - there was great news coverage and a ton of people, divers, vendors, raffles, etc. There will be a similar event at Albion on July 21-22. We are currently short on volunteer kayakers. Having kayaks to shuttle the bags increases the divers productivity exponentially because they don't have to swim to the boat every time they fill a bag. You're more than welcome to dive, then kayak on your surface interval, or kayak for 1/2 day and fish the other 1/2. Anything helps! This is a great family friendly event so pass the word along to your local shops and let's get more people aware and involved!

If you're available, please PM Rob102 . He is coordinating the kayak support which will shuttle game bags of urchin to nearby boats where the crushing will take place.
