Title: Back Window Blues
Post by: marvmars on June 01, 2006, 09:58:15 PM
Anyone ever lose a kayak while unloading it and have it go thru the back window of your brand new truck? Well, it happened to me. I learned that when you have a sliding rear window, you cant just replace the little section that you broke out, you have to replace the whole freakin thing. Another mistake you only make once. I seem to have a lot of those. :smt011 I guess the important thing is not to have any repeats. :smt003

I've never ever busted a window, but my beater bronco has mismatched door mirrors. I've gone through 2 mirror heads on the passenger side. Both were removed/destroyed by yaks slipping off the rack because the students I was teaching "arms got tired"  :smt013  Guess I'm glad it wasn't my toes! At least ford mirrors are easy to find at the auto parts store.
