Title: A question on crab regs...
Post by: TenCrabs on February 07, 2013, 08:35:06 AM
So the way I read the fish and game regs are that you can take 10 crabs. So if you take 10 crabs one day then give them to someone else, then you could take another 10 crabs the next day. Is that true?

And I guess you can only take 6 on a party boat.

I know with ab you can only have 3 in possession at any one time including the freezer etc.

Just curious about the legalize malarkey...

Yes you can give ten away and get ten more the next day.  You could potentially give 10 to whoever you live with and get ten more the next day then sit down and see who can finish all 10 crab the fastest. :smt004

Yeah your good. Ten per day. No rules about possesion limits, gifting, and all the stuff you have to worry about with ab.

Cool, I figured it was that way. I am planning on having a crab feast one of these days... all I need now is to have the crabs jump in the trap when I need them!
