This rod has been sitting around my house awhile.  I think I used it once or twice for surf perch, but thats it.  I have 3-4 Acculites, and love them.  Great light-medium all around rod.  I've them for surf perch, plugging for stripers, and caught a few halibut.  Selling this one because it has the foam grip/handle, and I prefer the cork ones.

Specs:
Daiwa 8'6" Acculite MHFS Spinning Rod
Lure wt: 1/2oz to 1.5oz
Line wt: 8-20lb

Paired with a Shimano Sahara 4000 - currently spooled with 8lb mono

Rarely used, but has a few light scratches near the base from being moved around.  The tip and guides are damage-free.

Asking $75 for rod and reel.
Pick up in El Cerrito.

My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

I've read your reports and been wondering when I'm going to randomly bump into you because we fish most of the same spots.  I can rearrange most of my work week to fish any day Mon-Fri.  Weekends are for family time only...
